Short version: everything here is for laboratory research only, and buying from us is a certification that you understand that.
Research use only
All products sold by Candor Sciences are intended solely for in-vitro laboratory research and development. They are not drugs, foods, dietary supplements, or cosmetics. They are not for human or veterinary use of any kind, and they may not be used for diagnosis, treatment, or prevention of any condition. Nothing on this site is medical advice.
Purchaser certification
By placing an order you certify that you are at least 21 years of age, that you are a qualified researcher or are purchasing on behalf of a research institution or laboratory, that the materials will be handled by individuals trained in safe laboratory practice, and that the materials will be used exclusively for lawful research purposes.
Compliance
The purchaser is solely responsible for compliance with all laws and regulations applicable to the purchase, handling, storage, and use of research materials in their jurisdiction. Candor Sciences reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including orders that suggest intended use outside of a research setting.
Product information
Specifications, certificates of analysis, and other documentation describe the tested properties of a specific production lot. They are not a warranty of fitness for any particular research purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Candor Sciences is not liable for any damages arising from misuse of its products, including any use inconsistent with their research-use-only designation. The purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold Candor Sciences harmless from claims arising out of the purchaser's use, handling, storage, or disposal of purchased materials.

These terms may be updated from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order governs that order.
