Returns and replacements.
Research chemicals cannot re-enter inventory once shipped, so our policy is built around replacement, backed by published data.
Why we do not accept returns
Once a sealed research compound leaves our chain of custody, its integrity can no longer be certified, so it can never be restocked or resold. For that reason all sales are final and we do not accept physical returns.
What we replace
We replace, at no cost, any order that arrives damaged, any order containing an incorrect item, and any lot that does not conform to its published certificate of analysis. Report the issue within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos where relevant.
Certificate disputes
Every lot ships against a published certificate. If your own analysis of a lot disagrees with its certificate, contact us with your methodology and results. We take these reports seriously, investigate against retained samples, and replace or refund any lot that fails verification.
