What we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, email address, shipping address, institution if you provide one, and the contents of your order. Payment details are processed by our payment provider and never touch our servers.
How we use it
Order information is used to fulfill and support your order, to maintain the certificate and lot records attached to it, and to attribute referred orders where a referral applies. We use your email to send order confirmations and shipping updates. We do not send marketing email unless you have asked for it.
Cookies and storage
The site uses browser storage for the essentials: your cart, your verification status, an applied promo code, and a referral tag if you arrived through a referral link. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
Sharing
We share data only with the services required to operate: payment processing and shipping carriers. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information with anyone.
