Dispatch
Orders are dispatched from our US facility within one to two business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays enter the queue the next business day. You receive a tracking number by email the moment your order ships.
Packaging
Peptides ship as sealed vials of lyophilized powder in insulated, cold-chain packaging designed to protect the contents in transit. Lyophilized peptides are stable at ambient temperature for the duration of shipping. On arrival, store vials at -20 °C protected from light.
Carriers and delivery
We ship via major national carriers with standard and expedited options shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and begin at dispatch, not at order placement.
Address accuracy
Please verify your shipping address at checkout. We are not able to redirect a package once it has entered the carrier network. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address can be reshipped at cost.
